SYTYCD Alum (All-Stars?) Chelsie and Dmitry’s Photo Shoot

Over on SYTYCD Season 4 contestant and Dancing with the Stars professional Chelsie Hightower’s website, there’s a gorgeous photo shoot by Manuel Palacios with Chelsie and SYTYCD Season 2 (and DWtS alum) dancer Dmitry Chaplin.

Check out my favorite photo from the 70+ options, below. And make sure you check out all the photos, including the spectacular shots of the two dancers and a handy tree branch at the end.

Dmitry’s in my Top 10 All-Stars, but I didn’t include Chelsie, cause I assumed her commitment to Dancing with the Stars would keep her out of the running. I’d love to see her back, as she’s always been one of my favorites.

SYTYCD U.S. – Wade & Amanda Robson Wrote, Choreographed & Directed Backstreet Boy AJ McLean Music Video

I know this is like over a month old. I only noticed this a couple of days ago when I was looking up Wade Robson on You Tube. I have been a fan of Wade’s before SYTYCD I love his creativity in dance it’s amazing. The song is very catchy and I love the dance breakdown in the video you can tell easily that it’s Wade & Amanda’s choreography because it is easy to spot. The song is called ‘Teenage Wildlife’.

SYTYCD Australia – Top 8 Perform Tonight! New Partners & Genres for Tonights Show!

There hasn’t been a mention on who will be performing tomorrow we’ll let you know.

Last week Matt was eliminated from the competition. Jess was also eliminated but due to Jessica P being pulled out of the competition due to injury Jess will be back for the Top 8.

So far we only have have 2 partners’ genres sadly. But I’ll post them tomorrow after I watch the show tonight

Here’s the new partners:
Phillipe & Carly – Contemporary & Jazz
Nick & Jessie – Hip Hop & Ballroom
Robbie & Ivy –
Kieran & Jess – (Jessica was paired with Kiern but due to injury Jess S will be replacing her)

I have no idea for the other 4 because it hasn’t been announced sorry.

SYTYCD Australia – Judge Jason Coleman & Previous Season Dancers to be on The Biggest Loser Aus Tonight!

Just some news if you didn’t catch the preview of The Biggest Loser Australia last night that Jason Coleman and some of the previous dancers from the Australian version of SYTYCD (So far I noticed Gianni & Amy) will be teaching some dance steps to The Biggest Loser Contestants.

You can catch the show tonight at 7.30pm before The Top 8 perform tonight at 8pm. More info on that to be posted shortly.

SYTYCD All-Stars Musings

General:
– Apparently, they are not picking past winners for the all-star cast.
– Travis Wall (S2) will return as a choreographer, not an all-star.
– Blake McGrath (S1) tweeted that he was not part of the all-star cast.

Nigelly Confirmed:
1. Stephen “Twitch” Boss (S3) – Hip Hop (Popping, Locking, Krump)

SYTYCDism’s Pool To-Be-Nigelly-Confirmed*:
Lauren Gottlieb (S3) – Lyrical Hip Hop? Jazz?
Courtney Galiano (S4) – Jazz?
Allison Holker (S2) – Contemporary

As the SYTYCDism post claims, they usually ARE spot on with spoilers, so it’ll be interesting to see how right they are. I might’ve been right myself when I self-imposed the “no winners” rule on my own All-Star selection. I didn’t pick Courtney Galiano, but I’d love to see her back.

It’s amusing that SYTYCDism labeled their post SYTYCDWTS. 🙂 Lol. It does have a bit of a Dancing with the Stars flavor this season, doesn’t it? But does that make the “stars” the All-Stars, or are they the “professionals”? It reminds me of creative Survivor matchups like Fan Favorites and Heroes vs. Villians, too.

What I wouldn’t give to see Wade Robson get his hands on Billy Bell in Season 7, after seeing this video. 🙂

I think Billy Bell deserves an automatic spot in Season 7’s Top 10, considering he’s almost an All-Star already, but I can appreciate the SYTYCD folks following rules and such. 🙂 I feel for those Season 7 contestants – they better be ready to bring it. Billy Bell already has just as much of a following as Jakob Karr did last season, if not more.
